My Spring Essentials♡

MAKEUP:

1.
A good tinted moisturizer!
*A tinted moisturizer is a good solution for people who still want coverage on those hot summer days, but doesn't want to their face to feel heavy with foundation. The one that I like to use is
Laura Mercier
Lightweight Flawless Coverage Tinted Moisturizer
(SPF 20 and Oil Free!!)
_________
2.
Cream Blush!
(MAC-Pleasureful)
*Wearing a powder blush in the summer can start to look caked on through out the day as your face starts to warm up from the summer's heat. A good solution to keep that dewy summer glow is to use a cream blush. Most makeup lines have their own cream blush products; so it won't be hard to find one that worked best for you!
_________
3.
Soft Pink Lips!
Since most people get fairly tan during the summer, a soft pink lipstick with a gold undertone will compliment any dark&tan skin tone. To achieve this look I like to use
MAC's Viva Glam V- Neutral pink with pearl (Lustre)
_________
4.
Cream Shadows!
I don't like to spending a lot of time on my makeup when it starts to get warmer and cream eye shadows are easy to put on. They go on as a cream and dry as a powder. MAC's Constructivist Paint Pot is my favorite &has great staying power BUT for a cheaper dupe you should try
Revlon Cream Shadows.

________
5.
Gold&Bright Nail Polish!
One of the best things about spring is you can finally bring out all those bright nail polishes we all have. One of my favorite pastel polishes is Light As Air-China Glaze & if you want a gold/bronze polish
(that looks amazing in in the sun) is Soriee- MAC

JEWELRY:

1.
Layered Bracelets!
These are a very simple and fashionable thing to add to your outfit. If you're wearing a plain looking outfit and want to 'spice' it up with a pop of color and texture this will definitely do the job. You can layer as many bracelets as you want...different sizes, colors, and styles.
(Forever 21, American Eagle)
_______
2.
Flower Studs!
These are one of my favorite jewelry pieces to wear especially in the hotter seasons. They're a simple addition that adds a summer feel to any outfit.
(Forever 21, Urban Outfitters)
________
3.
Rings!
like the earrings, statement rings can help add something fun to your outfit.
(Forever 21, American Eagle)

FASHION&ACCESSORIES

1.
Blouses!
Loose fitted shirts in the springtime are an essential for me since it's not hot yet, but you still want something that keeps you covered. Plus, they're cute and simple.
(Forever 21)
______
2.
Blazers!
An easy staple piece to dress up even the most simple outfit...and they'll keep you warm for the cooler spring nights.
(Abercrombie&Fitch)
_______
3.
Stunner Shades!
8)
Always have to have a cute pair of sunglasses...for the obvious reasons.
(Betsy Johnson)
_______
4.
Messanger/Body Bag!
I especially like these because I don't want to lug around a huge bag when i'm out on spring/summers day stroll. These types of bags are small but you can still fit all your daily essentials in it. It's one less things to carry ;)

* * *
So these are some of my spring(and some summer) essentials. I hope this maybe gave you some ideas of things to check out as the season and fashion chances. There are always cheaper dupes for the makeup products mentioned &by no means am I saying you have to go out &but all these things!!
If you have any questions on these products or dupes feel free to ask away :)
Have a lovely day

MAC Tag?

I found this MAC Tag somewhere &thought it would be fun.
Though someone might find it helpful even
though I wasn't tagged by anyone ha
       let's being...

How long have you been using MAC?

Going on 3 years. I'm a bit obsessed so I'm very familiar with their products.
What was your first Mac product?
Their blotting powder.
What's your all time favorite Mac product?
Oh my, that's a hard one...probably their MSF's...their all so gorgeous &go with any skin tone.
&Their blushes, always amazing payoff :)
What's your least favorite Mac product?
Fix Plus..it's not a bad product! but it seems a bit pointless (if you know what i mean?!?)
Do you own a Pro Card?
I WISH.
Your Mac foundation shade:
C7 in the face&body foundation...not sure about the others because i was matched wrong last time :(.
Your favorite Mac-Foundation:
None at the moment because I was matched wrong so I couldn't use the one I got, waah.
Eyeshadow:
Twinks.
Lipstick:
Honey Flower.
Lipgloss:
Deelight- Creamsheen.
Liner:
Not a huge fan of their liners. Smolder is way to smudgy for me. I was a huge fan of the technical liner, but the staying power doesn't even compare to Revlon Colorstay liner :)
Brush:
187: great for applying foundation
&
224 an amazing blending eye brush
Nail Lacquer:
I only have two. One is a basic black and the other is a gorgeous copper shimmers color.
But of course I've forgotten the name &am too lazy to go check. sorry!
Pro Product:
Hmm, are the shade sticks pro? if so, my favorite is 'Penny'.

Comment weather you have you used the following products? give feedback.

Prep + Prime Skin:
Actually have never used it. I'm dedicated to my current primer. I'm not a cheater cheating, hehe.
Full Coverage Foundation:
Never used because I was color matched wrong. But I plan on trying one once i've
finished using my current foundation.
Studio Sculpt Foundation:
^ Thats the one I plan on buying next :)
Face + Body Foundation:
It's a good foundation in general, BUT if you want full coverage (or any coverage that is) than I wouldn't recommend it.
It's a water based foundation so it extremely light with light coverage. It's good for the summer time because it doesn't feel like you're wearing foundation at all.
Mineralize Satin Finish:
Haven't tried it.
Studio Fix Fluid:
^ This is the one that was the wrong shade. Felt nice on my skin even though I
only wore it for about 10min then took it off...It was like 2 shades lighter...looked scary :x.
Hyper Real Foundation:
Never used.
Select SPF15 Foundation:
Never used.
Studio Tech Foundation:
Buying that next time I'm at MAC.
Studio Fix Powder:
Never used.

It's such a life-saver come summer time :).
Mineralize Skinfinish Natural:
Amazing. One of the best setting powders I've ever tried. no lie. And when I HAD better skin
I just used concealer &this powder &it gave me good coverage.
Mineralize Skinfinsh:
LOVE these. I have like 6! They come is amazing colors &always look amazing
on every skin tone :)
Bronzing Powder:
Just bought one last month. Works great &looks great on my skin.
Powder Blush:
In my opinon, MAC has some of the best powders blushes that I've come across.
my favorite is 'Plum Foolary'
Blushcreme:
I don't recommend them for people with oily skin because they give you
unwanted shine...so I don't use them.
Mineralize Blush:
Warm Soul
Gel Blush:
Never used.
Cream Color Base:
Fawntastic.
*These are a better choice for people with oily skin!
Studio Sculpt Concealer:
I finally hit pan on mine! I really love it for covering up acne scars, but sometimes it's a little
too heavy for under the way. Good coverage though.
Select Cover Up Concealer:
Haven't gotten my hands on it yet.
Select Moisture cover Concealer:
I plan on buying this during my next MAC trip :).
Studio Finish Concealer:
Haven't tired it.
Studio Stick:
Never used.
Lip Erase:
?  Never used.
Tinted Lip Conditioner:
In love with these. I own 'Petting Pink'. It give you a nice subtle pink tint &is moisturizing.
I've had mine for over 6 months &I haven't hit pan yet. They last foreverrrr.
Lipstick:
Absolutely gorgeous. Some of the best lip sticks around. Real talk.
:)
Lipglass:
Lovely.
See Thru Lip Color:
Never used.
Dazzleglass:
Nice but not great. Just my opinion.
Cremesheen Glass:
Never used.
Lip Gelee:
? Never used.
Lip Pencil:
Very nice &they are easy to work with.
Solar Bits:
Never used.
Nail Lacquer:
Just that one that I can't remember lol.
Shadestick:
Love them. Great staying power &they're so handy to
throw in your makeup bag :).
Paint:
Never used.
Paint Pots:
One of my favorite products.
They last all day & have a wide range of colors.
I have 5 :)
Eye Shadow:
You can't beat MAC eyeshadows.
They have very color you could image &more!
great pigmentation...I recommend them to everyone who say they need new shadows.
Pigment:
I only have 5 of the tiny ones from last years holiday collection.
I wouldn't buy the full size ones because they're expensive &they take
ages to finish up. Not worth it in eyes.
Glitter:
Not a heavy glitter fan.
Eye Kohl:
Only own Smolder &didn't like it. It smuged too easily &didn't stay on long at all.
It is very black, so that was a plus...
Chromaline:
Never tried.
Fluidline:
Never tried. I use Stilla Smuge Pots.
Liquid Last Liner:
Never used. The drugstore ones work perfectly fine.
Lustre Drops:
Tried one out at the store. They're very similar to Benefit's High Beam..
False Lashes:
Don't wear falsies. Don't need 'em :).
ProLash Mascara,Zoom Lash Mascara,Plush Lash Mascara, Dazzle Lash Mascara:
Nothing great. Drugstore mascara is where its at!
What has been your favorite Mac collection to date?
I would have to say MAC To The Beach Collection. I now a lot of people didn't like it, but I thought all the colors
looked amazing with people with dark or tan skin tones (now you see why I loved it lol) I also thought the
packaging was really cute and simple. Overall, just a great bronzy, peachy collection :).
Which Mac collection, in your opinion, do you think was disappointing, if any?
Probably the Venomous Villains collection. The colors weren't anything super amazing
in my eyes. Plus, the packaging looked veryyy tacky...that in itself ruined it for me :(.
What products do you think Mac are missing?
I honestly can't think of anything. They have everything you'd need in your daily makeup
application. Their products are amazing &I can't say enough wonderful
things about their company...
I'm obsessed :).

Phew, that took awhile...
Hoped this could be of some help if you're looking to try some MAC products.
Have a lovely day :)
